These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phovip website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phovip Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by phovip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on phovip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phovip, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phovip Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. phovip reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Each individual may register only one phovip account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phovip account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

You agree to notify phovip immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phovip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your phovip account, whether or not you authorized such activity. phovip reserves the right to treat all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account as having been authorized by you unless you have notified phovip of a security breach prior to such activity.

You must keep your registered personal information up to date. If any of your details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account suspension.

All phovip accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through payment methods approved by phovip, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the phovip Platform:

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the phovip cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phovip reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited into your phovip account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless otherwise specified.
• phovip does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• phovip reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

phov ip may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

General conditions that apply to all phovip bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phovip reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account.
• phovip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Each game available on the phovip Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

phovip uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games to ensure that all outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment — cards, dice, and roulette wheels — under controlled studio conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, phovip's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. phovip's decision in such matters is final. If a game round cannot be completed due to a system error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.

phovip reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that phovip reasonably believes constitute an attempt to exploit a system error or pricing mistake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phovip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your phovip account.

All content on the phovip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of phovip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phovip.

phovip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phovip may share your personal data with third-party service providers where necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, verify your identity, or comply with legal obligations. phovip will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phovip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

phovip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phovip account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phovip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

phovip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period of time.

phovip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if phovip reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests that have been verified and approved will be processed. Balances associated with accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may be forfeited at phovip's discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phovip operates in compliance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as limiting any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming legislation.
